Confused?
Fairly simple, download the full version of the game and install it. Then use winrar to extract the files from zipped tracks file and copy them into your main Rfactor folder (I.E. c:\program files\rfactor\). Overwrite all files that it asks you to. Do the exact same thing for the cars, and your done.
